While we love your little ones dearly, we respectfully ask that this be an adults‑only celebration. We hope this allows our guests the opportunity to fully enjoy the evening, as the celebration will continue late into the night in true New Year’s Eve fashion. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together.

This is a formal, black‑tie‑inspired New Year’s Eve wedding, and we encourage our guests to truly dress up for the occasion. For full guidance and details, please refer to the Dress Code section of our website.

Guests may park in the large, paved parking lot located directly behind Big Spring’s main clubhouse, with additional parallel parking available in front of the clubhouse. Both the front and rear clubhouse entrances will be open and may be used to access the reception space. Once parked, guests are welcome to enter through whichever entrance is most convenient.

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited. Your invitation will indicate exactly who is included in your party.
